Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Turboset mobile application, related online services, and https://turboset.ai (collectively, the "Service") operated by Turboset from Hong Kong SAR. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Turboset lets you customise 3D vehicle models, save builds, create studio videos of your builds (rendered on our servers from your configuration, without AI), and generate photorealistic photos with AI. Features, cars, wheels, studio looks, and scenes may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Vehicle names, designs, trademarks, and logos displayed in Turboset are the property of their respective owners. Turboset is an independent customization and visualization tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated.

Videos and photos you create using manufacturer-related vehicle content are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use exports in a way that suggests official affiliation with, sponsorship by, or approval from any vehicle brand without that party's permission.

You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction and, where required, have permission from a parent or guardian. The Service is not intended for users under 13.

You need an account to use the app. You sign in with Apple or with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You may delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account); deletion is permanent and removes your saved builds, uploaded artwork, videos, and any remaining credits.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Using the app requires an active Turboset Pro subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store. Plans, prices, billing periods (such as monthly or yearly), and the credits each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends
• Apple handles billing and refunds; manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
• We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and unlock Pro on your account
• We may change subscription features or pricing for new purchases; Apple will notify you of price changes where required

Studio videos and AI photos use credits. Each billing period of Turboset Pro adds the credits shown for your plan, and you can buy extra credit packs in the app. The credit cost of a video or photo is shown before you create it.

• Credits are a licence to use features of the Service, not money; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
• Unused credits stay in your account while it is open, but you need an active subscription to use them
• If a video or photo fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically
• Credits are lost when you delete your account
• Credit packs are non-refundable except where Apple grants a refund or the law requires one; if Apple refunds a purchase, we may remove the credits it added
• We may change how many credits a feature costs; the cost shown in the app when you create a video or photo applies

Studio videos are rendered on our servers from a snapshot of your build. Render times shown in the app are estimates, and a finished video may differ in detail from the live preview in the configurator.

AI photos are generated by third-party AI models from a screenshot of your build, the scene you choose, and any description you type. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not match your expectations, and may be declined if a provider's safety systems flag them.

We may set limits (such as credit balances and the number of videos that can render at once) to keep the Service reliable and prevent abuse. Attempting to bypass limits or scrape the Service is prohibited.

You retain ownership of your builds, the artwork you upload (such as photos used as decals, wrap patterns, or wheel centre caps), and the videos and photos you create, subject to third-party rights (including trademarks and copyrights belonging to others). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (for example, storing saved builds and artwork, rendering studio videos on our GPU providers, and sending screenshots to AI providers when you request a photo).

You are responsible for your content and for how you share videos and photos publicly. Only upload artwork you have the right to use. Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit, or that violates others' rights, including their privacy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or 3D assets except as allowed by law
• Interfere with or overload the Service, including automated scraping or abuse of APIs
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or brand
• Use the Service to create misleading content that suggests official affiliation with a car brand without authorization
• Upload photos of other people, or logos and artwork you do not have the right to use

The Service, including software, 3D assets, UI, and branding, is owned by Turboset or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service as intended.

If you downloaded Turboset from the App Store, these Terms are between you and Turboset, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT VIDEOS, PHOTOS, OR AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

Configurations and visuals in Turboset are for creative and planning purposes only. They are not engineering specifications, offers to sell vehicles, or professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURBOSET AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Turboset from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to the Service or others. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. The courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless local law gives you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The current version will always be posted at https://turboset.ai/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
